Follow Alice

Nothing More, Nothing Less

In Autumn she visited. She didn’t say much, we just played with the colors surrounding her. When we finished, she looked into my eyes, smiled, and left.

I told them about Alice… I shouldn’t have.

In winter, she spoke… a lot. Most was hard to understand, but what I understood made me cry. Again, she left.

In spring, she spoke of her adventures. I asked if I could go. She smiled and quietly said yes. All I had to do was grab her hand. She warned me there’s no way back.

I smiled and followed her down the rabbit hole.
